Instructions: Read the Constitution below and press space to see the new republics of Yugoslavia. --- PART 0 - INTRO This is the new Constitution for the Yugoslav Socialist Federative Republics. We will call this Constitution the "New Slavian Constitution." This will state the Socialist Republics (SRs), laws, and more for Yugoslavia. PART 1 - Proclamation Article I: The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia will be replaced with the Yugoslav Socialist Federative Republics or Yugoslav SFR for short. Article II: The Yugoslav SFR's capital city will be Belgrade. Article III: The Yugoslav SFR will have a Socialist Republics or SRs for short. These will be like Federal Republics with a Titoist economy. By "Titoist," I mean companies can not be owned by the state if it follows the law and decisions are decided by workers' councils. Article IV: The Yugoslav SFR will have a council called the "Council of SRs." This will be a council of SRs' representatives to make decisions. Article V: The leader of Yugoslavia will be called the "Head of State." PART 2 - SRs Article VI: The leader of a Socialist Republic will be called a "Head of Socialist Republic." They are the representative for their SR unless deciding to not be a representative today. They can also pass laws in their SR without having to be approved by the Head of State. Article VII: The Yugoslav SFR will have these SRs: Istrian Socialist Republic (Istria), Slovenian Socialist Republic (Slovenia), Croatian Socialist Republic (Croatia), Bosnian Socialist Republic (Bosnia), Bosnian-Serbian Socialist Republic (Srpska), Montenegrin Socialist Republic (Montenegro), North Macedon Socialist Republic (North Macedonia), Kosovar Socialist Republic (Kosovo), Serbian Socialist Republic (Serbia), and the Vojvodinan Socialist Republic (Vojvodina). PART 3 - The Council of SRs Article VIII: The Council of SRs' representatives will include the representative of Yugoslavia as a whole and the representatives of the SRs. Article IX: The Council of SRs will decide what decision to do by voting. Each representative will have 1 vote. Article X: If the Head of State or Head of SR decides not to come, a substitute voted by the SR's leadership will come as the representative. The substitute representative will be part of the SR's government. PART 4 - The Fourth Wall Article XI: Other users can play as SRs.
