~` The moths memory of flowers `~ OG Info: ⸝⸝ Mementokit ⸝⸝ AMAB ⸝⸝ second ⸝⸝ research required for folded ear ⸝⸝ designed by @Rain-Whisper ⸝⸝ ?˖ ࣪⊹ the memory that remains ⊹ ˖? The fawn named the second kit after the butterfly wing that dangles from a string over his heart, a reminder that it was all real, even if it were nothing but a play of chance. Long, wavy fur coats the little kit, who gazes at you curiosity with blue eyes ringed with gold. Caramel and brown stripes patch his partially white pelt, and spiked flower petals appear here and there, buried into his thick fur, a reminder that the fawn could never forget that fateful night. ~ the remembered ~ Also fun fact but “ memento mori ” means “ a reminder that you will die ” so I guess his name is somewhat depressing? The word memento itself means “ a reminder of a place, person, or thing ” so it doesn’t break any naming rules though No new parenting notes about him :3 though if Ali were to break down crying in front of one of these children, memento will probably be the one okay? — — — — — — ~` The memory is as warm as a spring field `~ ⌜ form ⌟ ࣪⊹ part one: about you ⸝⸝ Mooncakefamouse @Mooncakefamouse ⸝⸝ Memnto'Remembrance ⸝⸝ I go by Moon/Mooncake on scratch (or Xeno) I've been roleplaying many different sites for years. I've hosted the series Darksun, (comic) I voice act, draw, and animate. My creativity and writing expertise are beyond imaginable for someone my age. I take pride in lore, dedication, artwork, and stories. ⸝⸝ Why would I choose Memento'Kit out of the other four? Well. His design stands out to me. The bright yet blended in colors of him is magnificent. His semi-info page was just outrageously gorgeous. I love the fact he wears the "forget-me-not" flowers a sign for the Fawn. He seems like a great character to play as and to build his story further. ⸝⸝ Why choose me out of any other magnificent roleplayer? I would say I have the qualities to keep a character alive despite low-dooming non-engaging scenes. His feature seems to bring the vibe, "I'm always Interesting" and I'll keep it like that. I tend to write large paragraphs when roleplaying. ⸝⸝ I have tons of rolepaying experience, from D&D, Darksun, Generations, wcue ect and even storytelling. I have two past cats from generations (Maybe a couple years ago) Puddledaisy, and Fallowkit. ⸝⸝ Active a lot actually, almost every other day I come on to check or write down lore ⸝⸝ If I do indeed get Memento'Kit I plan to make sure his life is long and full of surprises. I do not intend getting rid of my characters on purpose, If I remember correctly Fallowkit passed away because she was taken by a hawk, and Puddledaisy "Bleh" because of a disease. ~` Forgone is a flower no one wants `~ ࣪⊹ part two: about the kit ⸝⸝ future identity: He would be a loving tomcat, I wouldn't say for sure who he'd be with (Gender wise) as I would love to roleplay that to find out. But I'll keep his gender and pronouns as his birth right. ⸝⸝ personality: +conscientiousness (Partially), +Tenacious (Things he adores) +Unyielding (stands ground) -Dogmatic (Holds beliefs) -Materialistic (for his flowers) -Vindictive (rare) ⸝⸝ research Folded ears is a dominant gene in cats that effects the cartilage. Certain breeds like (scottish folds) have a higher chance of gaining this mutation. It can cause stiffness, arthritis, and mobility problems. Most folded ears gives a look of a owl. It's always good to keep an eye on your cat if they have this mutation. ~` Key details are pretty `~ ࣪⊹ part three: extra ⸝⸝ roleplay
⸝⸝ family dynamics Polaris — Memento tends to lean on Polaris whenever he's uncertain about something. He often asks for her opinion or seeks reassurance when he's worried that he made the wrong decision. He trusts her judgment deeply and sees her as someone who can help him find his way when his own thoughts become tangled. Solivagant — He absolutely adores his youngest sibling, even if he doesn't necessarily favor him above the others. Memento enjoys watching him grow and would happily spend time teaching him things, playing with him, or simply keeping him company. Saude — Memento loves spending time with Saude. Around her, he feels like he can lower his guard and simply be himself without worrying about expectations. Their relationship is comfortable and playful, and he enjoys being around her even when neither of them has anything particularly important to say. Evescent — Memento feels a particularly strong connection with Evescent. There is something about her that makes him feel understood, even when he struggles to put his feelings into words. He would likely become protective of her and value their relationship immensely as they grow older. ⸝⸝ trivia • Memento has an unusual fascination with flowers, particularly forget-me-nots. He associates them with memories and becomes surprisingly possessive of flowers that have sentimental meaning to him. • He tends to remember tiny details about other cats, even details they themselves have forgotten mentioning. • Memento dislikes being told that something "never happened" when he clearly remembers it. Being made to doubt his own memories is one of the quickest ways to upset him. • He occasionally keeps small objects that remind him of important moments, such as feathers, petals, stones, or pieces of moss. • Despite his thoughtful nature, Memento can become incredibly stubborn when something matters to him. • He has a habit of staring at flowers for long periods of time when he's thinking. • He would probably name particularly important flowers or objects based on the memory attached to them. • His folded ears give him a distinctive appearance, and he may occasionally become self-conscious about them if other cats treat him differently because of them. • Memento doesn't necessarily fear forgetting people, but he fears that the memories themselves will lose their meaning. ⸝⸝ other Memento is the kind of cat who collects memories throughout his life. He may not be the loudest or most expressive cat in the room, but he notices things. A particular scent. A certain flower growing beside the camp. The sound of another cat's laugh. A conversation from moons ago. To Memento, those little things matter. He doesn't want his life to simply pass by. He wants to remember it.
