The Northern Offensive has begun. With Red Line forces preoccupied in the South, FRSN troops were able to regroup adequately in Zone Two and launch an offensive against the troops stationed there, with the Vishkarbal and Green Army leading the offensive on the ground, the Green Aerospace Command and Missile Command flying ahead and launching strikes on active Red Line combatant units and supply routes, the UGPF conducting recon missions ahead of the offensive force (referred to as "the Dawn" by Karakian civilians), and the CISR plus the FRIAA constantly accompanying the invading forces to make sure no harm is done to civilian populations and to deliver aid. Reports have come in through bodycam feeds and official audio recordings of numerous Karakian towns apparently celebrating and cheering on the FRSN as they are liberated. In Zone One, operations have stalled as the FRSN has encircled multiple divisions, while the overstretched Red Line has left its flank unguarded, allowing the Green Army to quickly launch a double-envelopment counteroffensive against the faction. Meanwhile, the rebellions have been dealt with peacefully, as mutual agreements have been made and some cities have been put under the jurisdiction of locally elected Karakian authorities unaffiliated with either faction. Only a small handful of insurgents are launching operations against the FRSN, though their troops are either defecting, surrendering, or ending their lives to prevent capture. The Red Line's support is also dwindling, with men still defecting to the FRSN. Only around 10% of the population is speculated to be explicitly pro-Karmin, mainly due to the practices used by them, including deliberate attacks on noncombatants and blockades on felinitarian aid from reaching cities under the guise of "purifying the people's nation from parasites." Gas attacks have also been documented as having been used against the Green Army in acts of desperation, it seems, which has slowed, but not quite halted, the Dawn's advance. Chinar-Iberi and Suryabinsk are especially busy treating patients, while a new hospital, codenamed Green Sanction, has been established in Zone Two. Authority is also being restored to local Karakians in charge of relatively peaceful cities and towns, from which the FRSN has withdrawn all military troops.
