As news of a revolt in Zadar reached the Government in Genoa, local garrisons would rapidly be mobilised to secure the city, troops would establish blocks around the city and attempt to halt any advances, and as soon as the Uman warship that was damaged enters port, the coast is blockaded (said ship will be allowed to leave after its finished repairs), we will organise an internet blackout across the entire region to try prevent the spread of propaganda, and the nations intelligence services and security forces will attempt to reason with any sympathisers, if this doesn't work, we will take remove them forcefully, we will deploy soldiers to the border with the Alpine and Bulgaria to insure the fighting in their lands doesn't spill over into our land, and engineers will begin setting up fortifications, and artillery and AA positions (the same for the troops garrisoning Zadar), we will contact the Croat rebels and ask if they would consider trying to find a peaceful solution with us, and also contact the Alpine Federation to ask if they would like to cooperate against the rebels in thier land.
