Roleplay: Blooki The Great will give a speech in Zadar as the proud Croatian people deserve freedom from the empire and with are new allies Hungary and Serbia, we shall unite the Balkans as free! We build the Peoples Croatian Army (PCA), the main rebel group that will help us be free. We start rebelling in Zadar, Croatia and try to spread the news throughout Croatia as fast as possible, recruiting people and telling them to rise up. We also make the Military Recruitment Service. This will help manage troop recruiting and service programs for people who served after the war. It also will advertise on devices and posters.
