1. Adytum has been considerate in the ideal of Terraformation. The massive gap left of America is a wasteland unscrupulous with ecosystems that have been completely and utterly massacred during Adytum's brutal push into the Dominion lands. To compensate itself, and a request to rebuild these lands, Adytum had proposed that this 'Red Confederation' is to be entirely annexed into itself. The lack of population, neither Dominionling or Human, leaves it empty with little purpose otherwise. 2. Auroria was the biggest loser, obliterated by the Currents of Radioactive waste and Gamma Rays to the point where Adytum felt like it wouldn't be sustainable to keep the country in the state it's in. Adytum will annex Auroria in it's entirety to more firmly connect it's arctic territories together, and to 'rebuild' the nation of cookies. 3. A couple of the reserves that the Dominion has keep within it's territories will be released as independent nations under government supervision. The three most populous of these reserves, Dene, Colorado, and New Mexico, will become fully fledged countries that will act as buffer states between Adytum and the Dominion. Adytum will assist in the reconstruction efforts of the three nations to ensure their sovereignty.
