(arrow keys or joy stick thing to move) The war is over, and as is respectable, the treaty talks are being hosted in The Nest, the capitol of the Dominion of America. So far, several things have been proposed, with the first 2 points being non-negotiable as described by both the Dominion and the NASM: 1. All NASM borders have been agreed upon, and no changes will be made to them. No further land will be gained or lost by the NASM. The Dominion is also not to lose any further land than has been described here. 2. Reparations will be payed by all belligerents to the Dominion of America, with neutral ORN states footing a larger percentage. The state of Deseret is also to be formed in former areas of Utah, Nevada, etc. and will serve as the holy land of the now large Mormon exodus of Adytum and the NASM. 3. Repopulation efforts will be supported by the ORN, but larger populations centers (in both the red state and Deseret) will be put under cooperative governance with the Dominion and the housing state. The NASM will create nature reserves to preserve natural wasteland in several areas, as will the state of Deseret. The State of Deseret is invited to the ORN but is not forced to join. (The person to play as Deseret will choose to accept or decline.) 4. The governance of the Dominion is to continue as it did previously, with oversight from the ORN and Solar League, though oversight is to be loose. No direct governance is to be done by the ORN or Solar League. In reference to the ORN and Solar League, it has been proposed that the 2 organizations merge into the OSN, or Organization of Solar Nations. The collective defense article of the ORN will be removed, and the organization will become more humanitarian and economic than military. If the Caribbean accepts this proposal, the organization will be jointly headed by the Caribbean and New Age Scientology Movement, with the Caribbean hosting most affairs until the NASM has finished repopulating, intervening, etc. 5. The ORN and Dominion will assist in rebuilding destroyed Caribbean infrastructure and such. Bolivia, due to betrayal of the ORN and trapping of NASM troops, is to not gain any further territory than has been listed here and will be considered secondary in terms of goals for rebuilding, and rebuilding efforts will be shifted to Bolivia once adequate resources are available. The NASM will personally assist Bolivia with excess resources available. 6. Kurslavia is to remain independent, but the NASM and will not be required to return "lost lands" to them. Neu Muscovy is now core NASM territory, and over 85% scientologist. 7. The confederation has been annexed by Adytum. 8. "The Caribbean would like some more South American territories, particularly in Peru and the Amazon, since Bolivia has betrayed us and may not deserve such a large helping." 9. The Dominion is to supply all the resources necessary (as possible) for any reconstruction efforts in Solar League/ORN territories. 10. The Dominion must allow all human spaceships, military or civilian, to pass through its (newly unoccupied) space territories.
