neko no mimi ("Cat Ears" in Japanese) is a fighting collaboration heavily inspired by M.U.G.E.N. You can choose to let two characters fight or fight the opponent as a character itself. Changes: Since someone's character (Cube 100% I think they were called) actually survived the INF dmg sniper takin only 2 damage (How?) I decided to make it CONSTANTLY do infinite damage in an instant until your character dies. The Insurrectionist looks at the character whilst talking during the intro, before teleporting to the middle. Extra winscreens for phase 2. Added the feature where The Insurrectionist kills you if you're too OP. (Max 150 DMG non Boss Accurate. 1250000 DMG if Boss Accurate)
