An actual rework for the Insurrectionist, he now has 2 phases, in phase 2 he turns into annihilation form. After defeating him he explodes and turns into the XIQUIX Gem and then disappears. Changes: TII is in the middle. New Phase 2. Revamped Intro and Defeat. Attack changes. Other features for him. He would actually kill any character instantly that dealt very big damage or more or an actual OHKO. (It hasn't be coded yet.)
