"Bad Apple!!" is the graphical "Hello World!" equivalent of the retro computer demo scene, the demo of demos. I rewrote quadtree rendering, tuned it for performance, and replaced the pen-up/down approach with pen-stamp. When things get slow, quality is decreased temporarily, for video to keep in sync with audio, even on slow systems and during the crucial scene at 1:00. I also introduced a remote control panel and English subtitles (sound sync might take some seconds after fast-forward/-backward/jump-to/pause).
