I've made an alternate version of @9Emma6's phantom shift chart! My most common shifts are wings and my snow leopard tail. I've gotten multiple species' ears, but I only drew it once. The two in yellow are my squirrel tail and my arctic fox tail. I also got a blue jay crest once, and I often get fur shifts, but I chose not to include either on my chart.
