Arrow keys - Movement and Jumping Space - Talk to your buddy Midair Bounce - Fall off of any surface without jumping and then hit the jump key while falling. Stage 1 - Purely a test stage Stage 2 - The water part sucks You can also press Enter to go into debug mode and hold D to see hitboxes!
Aside from the crummy collision, this is soooo very close to the game i've always wanted to make (a proper platformer), and that's why I love it so much. Oh and also Merri is made up of my favorite color pattern (the mint color combination)! This project is a lil old, I started development way back in December 2023 so the code is a little clunky and not up to my modern standard. That said, I still love it, and I believe it deserves to be on my main account.
