i’m actually pretty proud of this :0 i might’ve ventured off the pallet a bit,, i hope that’s alright ^^” a bit unrelated, but i have my first ever therapy appointment on wednesday. i’m pretty nervous, but also so, so, grateful for the opportunity. i was diagnosed with social anxiety + adhd last august, which has been life-changing <3 getting medication for adhd has turned my school life around completely. but my anxiety was sort of “ignored” for a while. hopefully, therapy will change that! if you’re thinking about going to counseling, please look into it! even if you don’t have some sort of mental health issue, it’s great to have someone to talk to. everyone has problems, and you shouldn’t say that your’s are lesser than anyone else’s. ( i still struggle with this, you’re not alone ) just remember that you’re loved and therapy isn’t something to be ashamed of <333
