Double click the flag, not doing so may result in bugs occurring. Click on the shotgun to make a choice. One to shoot the dealer and deal one damage. Two to shoot yourself, and if you don't blast your head off, the dealer takes one damage. Blue shells are blanks, and red shells are lives. First aid kits give you one health, saws make the shotgun deal double damage (best used when shooting the dealer), cokes let you get rid of the first shell in the shotgun, handcuffs makes the dealer skip a turn, and magnifying glasses let you see the first shell in the shotgun.
