(W+{click}) to open that nation's menu, then 200 Political Power to Declare War. Map mode 1 Buttons Government Button - Opens Government tab Focus Tree Button - Opens Focus Tree Government - Use the slider to adjust how much wealth is spent per round on the government. Every 50 wealth spent per round, is an extra +1 pp gain per round. Focus Tree - Focuses are events that your nation will go through, Each focus tree takes time and does different things. They don’t cost anything to do, except ur patience. Map Mode 2 In map mode 2, you can build factories {click} Each territory starts with 1 factory. Factory Cost - 100 resources and 100 wealth (Can be decreased by research) Factory Output - 2 resources (Can be increased by research) and 2 manpower. The Maximum number of factories starts at 3, but can be increased with Research. All non player nations have a max of 4. Map mode 2 Buttons Research Button - Opens research tab Research - research increases the capabilities of your Factories (norm and civ), they can improve how much can be built, their cost, and output. Map Mode 3 Map mode 3 is like mode 2, but with civilian factories. Civ Cost - 150 Resources and 200 Wealth. (Can be decreased with research) Civ Output - 2 Equipment, 5 Wealth (Can be increased with research) and 2 manpower. Civs have the same build capacity as normal factories. Map mode 3 Buttons Research - Opens Research Tab (See in Map Mode 2 Buttons) Map Mode 4 This mode is used to send planes in the air {click}. Having air superiority improves your chances in attacking enemy territories, and dealing more damage if you lose (L). 1 plane is produced per 20 Normal factories, per round. Each plane takes 10 resources and 5 equipment while it's in the air (per round). Enemy territories have a chance to send planes each round. Map Mode 4 doesn’t have any buttons. Map Mode 5 Simply used to see which territories are Ports, which can be attacked by moving with (R+{click}) (In map mode 1) Single territory islands don’t need ports to be attacked, they count as an island territory. Units don’t need to start in a port to attack another port. Ports cannot be built. Map mode 5 doesn’t have any buttons. Movement Between Player Territories Click which unit you would like to move, then click where to go. Territories don’t have to be touching, the result will be the sum of the original territory unit and the unit at the destination. Attacking on land The same with {Between Player Territories} except, The player must be at war with the owner of the desired territory. The 2 territories must be touching. Attacking with even Air Superiority The player wins if their unit is stronger, then the desired territory is gained, and the surviving unit is equal to (Attacking Unit) - (Defending Unit) The player loses if the enemy is stronger, then no one gains or loses land. The attackers unit goes down to 0 and the defender will be the result of (Defender) - (Attacker) Attacking with Air Superiority The amount of extra planes is counted towards enemy unit weakness. If you still manage to lose this, the enemy unit goes down further, and can even go into the negatives. Winning this is very similar to winning without Air Superiority, just your chances of winning go up. Attacking Ports/Islands To attack ports or islands, you must hold (R) on the second click. To check which territories have a port, go to Map mode 5 (5). The rest is the same as attacking normally.
