*NOTE: Exact replicas of this project are strictly prohibited. You should come out with your own ideas to transform this project. Welcome to Little Math Alchemist! This is a little game all about math, so if you hate math, play around with this project, and I'm sure you'll have lots of fun! *FORUM for Save Codes: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/723705/ *Turbowarp Link to edit and make new merges: https://turbowarp.org/873119808 Instructions: - Tap on the operators in the editor palette to create a new operator in the experimental space. You can drag it freely in the experimental space. - Merge two operators by bringing one of the operators to the other operator. It should form something new, but if it doesn't then it's probably due to my lack of advanced math knowledge. =( - You can discard an operator by dragging it to the editor palette. - Double-click an operator to duplicate it. - Click the Clean Up button if you made a terrible mess in the experimental space. - Click on the Volume button to change the volume. - Click on the Light button to toggle light and dark mode. - Click on the Reveal button (the one with the equals sign) to reveal the meaning of an operator (some operators may not have this feature). - Click on the Encyclopedia Button (the book) to see what operators you have collected. WHO DID I GET INSPIRED FROM? I was inspired by 2 websites - 1 video & 1 game. Here are they: Video - "Animation VS Math": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1J6Ou4q8vE&ab_channel=AlanBecker Game - "Little Alchemy 2": https://littlealchemy2.com/ WHERE DID I GET THE MATERIALS? Symbols' Resources: https://www.symbolcopy.com/math-symbol.html https://www.infinitysymbol.net/ https://wumbo.net/symbols/set-of-complex-numbers/ https://wumbo.net/symbols/set-of-natural-numbers/ https://wumbo.net/symbols/set-of-rational-numbers/ WHERE DID I GET THE MAIN MENU MUSIC? The background music is provided here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wGuvdP4NUk&ab_channel=LittleAlchemy HOW DID I DISCOVER DOUBLE-CLICKING? Double-clicking to reveal an operator's truth (made in v0.9) - how I did it is that I found a good discussion about double-clicking detection in Scratch. I just collected and amended some of their ideas into how it was possible now. If you want to see what the Scratchers' ideas are, then here's the discussion link: (I would like to acknowledge it) WHO DID I SEEK HELP FROM? I would like to thank for some scripts for v0.3.2 & v0.4 and for some scripts for v1.2, thank you so much!
