Press Spacebar to start up the engine. Hold down H for the horn. Hold down B for the bell. L for lights. Click the Radio for Live Scanner Sounds. Press Up and Down for Accell. Press W and S for Braking. (Lots of Controls, I know) If the Accell controls are disabled, hit the horn two times!
