This is after the rogue Soterra Division Delta set the FMR 02 on it's path to destruction, which caused the reactor to collapse, then the black hole anomaly violently detonating approximately 5 seconds later, which then caused all the glass in the building to be blown out and destroying the top half of the containment building, part of which got lodged into the main building.
