44 Whelens in Texas are equipped with Visu-Alert lights. Interestingly, a majority are located in LyondellBasell refineries in the Houston area. I decided to group those together, as well as a random KMTEX unit. Other than that, only two civilian systems have these lights, being Garland and Wharton.
