Welcome to my remix of the cool calculator by @Hmmm_wasd! ----------------------------------Instructions------------------------------- -Press some buttons on the screen or on your keyboard! You can do all sorts of calculations. -Pressing clear deletes the whole calculation. -Pressing the "π" button replaces whatever is on the screen already with 3.1415926536. -Pressing "sin", "cos", or "tan" gives you the sine, cosine, or tangent of the number on the screen when you pressed the button. -Pressing the "x^-1" button gives you the inverse of the number on the screen when you pressed the button. -------------------------------Other Notes--------------------------------- -As you can tell, I'm not done here. I want to add a lot of other functions to this calculator. -Tell me if you find any bugs! -I would love to hear your suggestions. ----------------------------------Credits------------------------------------- -Thanks to @Hmmm_wasd for the original project, and about 60% of the code! -The rest is by me. -------------------------------Change Log--------------------------------- 2022/2/22: v1.5: Rearranged the buttons to make the calculator look more like a Texas Instruments TI-30X IIS (Like the one sitting right next to my Chromebook right now), and simplified much of the code. Added "squared" shortcut button, and changed some button colors. In addition, I revised a lot of the code. -Updates from original project- v1.2.2 - added the ability to press the respective keys for the operations and made anything divided by 0 undefined v1.2.1 - fixed a couple of glitches v1.2.0 - made it possible to do multiple operations at once. v1.1.2 - made the buttons "click" v1.1.1 - fixed a huge glitch; check the comments for info (basically, the calculator was completely off) FULL RELEASE: v1.1.0 - fixed up the code, deleted glitches, and fixed sprites v1.0.6 - deleted the time, day of week, and username sprites in order to make the calculator more "streamlined." If you would like those back, please visit this project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/802813976 v1.0.5 - added the exponent button and some bug fixes v1.0.4 - added the π (pi) button v1.0.3 - fixed a bug where two 1's would display if the 1 key was pressed. Thanks to @Rookie_boi for noticing that! v1.0.2 - made the number keys work as their respective numbers while calculating. v1.0.1 - added the Hello, (username) block and ± symbol to switch your number from negative to positive and back. I also FINALLY fixed the decimal point so that it actually works (mostly). There are still some glitches with the decimal point, but they are fixed if you press C (or C on your keyboard) to reset. v1.0 - creation -------------------------------------Tags-------------------------------------
