Since Spiffy was slapped by Shaggy, Spiffy has blocked a SpaceX rocket with passengers on board. Coincidentally, the SpaceX rocket landed on the border of the State of Ohio. Dumb Bobety Joe was infuriated by the Ohio State University mascot, so Dumb Bobety Joe slapped the mascot to Rio De Janeiro, where Mr. Bean is.
