Hello everyone! Welcome to my Draw to Adopt entry for @52Blue's amazing Draw to Adopt! This is my first project on this account in Scratch. Thank you for taking the time to look at this! General Information -------------------------------------------------------------✂️ Sybill Silverdoe Approx. 19 years old Species: Timber wolf Gender: Female -------------------------------------------------------------✂️ Personality -Sybill's presence often goes unnoticed, and sometimes she prefers it that way. Reserved, soft-spoken and distant from others, Sybill has a ghostlike presence which is easy to ignore. Her soft pawsteps are easily mistaken for the pattering of rain or the rustling of leaves. Her shy demeanor tends to get her into awkward situations where she is unable to speak or explain herself in front of others. Easily spooked, Sybill can be found huddled in any sheltered area come nightfall. Her creative mind is not an asset in the darkness, where she's plagued by nightmares and visions of d3ath. She avoids interactions and any kind of sudden change whatsoever, being wary and suspicious of any strange motives. Sybill, once she decides to do something, is determined to succeed. Her natural perception helps her to form conclusions, and she's at her best and most comfortable when solving problems. - -------------------------------------------------------------✂️ Backstory: Sybill was the youngest of a litter of five, born to two middle-aged timber wolves in the height of summer. As a young cub Sybill would often travel away from her somewhat noisy, boisterous siblings to find a quiet place to stay. She never made friends within her pack as she grew older, and eventually grew to feel so distant towards the other members that she left. She returned a year later to find that her surviving family members and acquaintances didn't recognize her. Lost and sinking rapidly into a recurring depression, Sybill left again immediately. Her mental state gradually recovered through solitude, but she was left vulnerable and alone. In time, perhaps she'll find herself more at peace. -------------------------------------------------------------✂️ Content 1. Painted Profile Picture. - This took by far the longest and is the most experimental of all these pieces, but I'm very proud of the end result. 2. Chibi Sybill. - A simple shaded chibi 3. Painted Scene. - While I worked very hard on this, I think I could have done better with the atmosphere. This is Sybill caught without shelter during a thunderstorm. 4. Headshot Sketch Page. - These are unshaded, I wanted to experiment with her expressions. The one on the far right I used to make the profile picture. -------------------------------------------------------------✂️ Character Trivia: She had a liking for ivory or white flowers. Scented as hibiscus, roses, rosemary, and various herbal plants.
