ONLY WORKS HERE: https://turbowarp.org/727175533?turbo&hqpen Forkphorus works too but turbowarp is ~150x faster Hit space after choosing settings Indirect cycles is how many random rays are generated per cycle. Set to 0 for the clearest image. Also generates slight AO and adds noise to the image Photon Cycles is how many light-generated rays are generated per light source per cycle. For clearer shadows and specular highlights set high, for noise and softer shadows set low. The scene is two planes, one ground and one in the background, a large red ball and two smaller balls behind it. There are two lights, one on the right in line with the red ball, and one in front of the red ball and behind the camera. Basically, a photon mapper that draws to the screen in real-time with no permanent gathering. Generates 1,200,000*(photons cycles+indirect cycles) rays, and checks if they are invisible by casting a ray backward to the camera. This is not a deterministic renderer. Gamma?: Toggle for gamma correction Gamma Exponent: Only applies if Gamma? is set to 1, controls the exponent that the colors are passed through Filmic?: Toggle for filmic color transform, made by me (c = 1+(c-1)^3) DOF?: Toggle for depth of field (kind of bad ngl) DOF Focus: Controls the focus distance for depth of field (blurs in both directions, to blur purely by distance use 0) DOF Curve Divisor: The divisor for DOF strength. Set low for a very messy image or high less DOF Features: Direct lighting, indirect lighting, specular highlights, ambient occlusion, shadows, gamma correction, filmic transform, vignette, DoF, camera repositioning, and rotation Can be configured to include: Diffuse lighting (not included due to the nature of the current lighting system) Reflections (I tried adding reflections but they weren't very prominent and I didn't like them) Supports: Planes (not axis-aligned!!!) Spheres +Anything you add the sdf for!!! #ray #madness #raymadness
