This is my O.C. character named Flare who is a Rainwing/Sandwing hybrid. Her mother, Sage used to live in burns stronghold during the war but escaped and sadly lost her brother along the way. She fled toward the Rainforest where she was nursed back to health by a healer Rainwing named Gecko. Sage stayed in the Rainforest and soon had an egg with Gecko. Sage was hoping to tell Gecko about it once Flare hatched but Gecko found the egg and sold it to the scorpion den where Flare grew up. Gecko sold her for an exotic batch of healing fruits from the desert. As soon as Sage found out about this, she raised to the kingdom of sand to get her egg back but was captured by some of burns soldiers and sent to burns stronghold. Burn was out battling at the time and there were no dunchins anymore sense burn killed all of her prisoners, so she was held in the weirdling where she was forgotten. After that, Flare had hatched in the scorpion den where she was taken care of. Once she was four years old, she went to the rainforest to live with her fellow rainwings.
This is a comparison between me and Aurora's art style for my O.C. The one on the left is Aurora's simple outline that I used to help outline my version. Like I said I used Aurora's art as an outline for mine, but the other added things were done by me.
