ROTV stands for Revenge Of The Villians, and all the villians from the past (like Raditz, Nappa, the Ginyu Force) are back somehow and want revenge on Goku and his friends. This is only the first episode so its not GREAT, but I hope you'll watch it
All characters and Backdrops used in this episode are owned by Akira Toriyama (if anyone knows were to get better sprites, please tell me!)
