Put in your backpack and use it without crediting. use the sliders to control the healthbar. this mostly fits for undertale games though. it is highly editable and super easy to use.
i looked at how other people handle karma from undertale (even though only @loganvcairns ) and found out that karma is just another HP bar. so i implemented it! 28/12/2021 - Release
