Welcome back to yet another completely unofficial video game adaptation, this time of the fifth book in D.J. MacHale's Pendragon series: Black Water. As usual, this was coded over the course of a few weeks, so don't expect it to be the best thing you've ever played. However, I have worked much harder than usual this time to bring you a solid, mostly-bug-free experience. As usual there are going to be several bugs I couldn't fix and/or find, but hopefully this should be better than my past projects (*cough* The Never War *cough*). -Controls- These should be explained in game, but look here if you don't understand. Rhythm Game (Game 1): Press when the key lines up with the green! Gray Note- Press Space Yellow Note- Press Z Red Note- Press X Hint: The key doesn't need to be all the way in the green to press it! Platformer Game (Game 2): Left and Right- Move left and right Up- Jump Space (hold)- Walk like a gar to get by the (orange) klees Hint: Hold Space the entire time you walk by the klees. Punch-Out Game (Game 3): Left- Dodge left Right- Dodge right Z- Jab left X- Jab right Z+Up- Uppercut left X+Up- Uppercut right Hint 1: When his arm turns pink, don't dodge yet! Wait for him to lunge at you before you jump away. Hint 2: Dodge away from the arm he's using to attack! Hint 3: Uppercuts do more damage than jabs, but take more time and run a higher risk of damage.
This project was made for my 8th Grade Independent Novel Project for my 1st Period ELA class. Based on the Pendragon series by D.J. MacHale. I do not own any of his ideas or content!
