You move when you press it, not when you hold it after you move. Down to make it fall faster while you are holding Down. Z to rotate the falling block. Try to match 4 in a row with the blocks and viruses to get 200 points per virus removed. You win the round when you remove all the viruses that are on the map. Then more viruses spawn and the blocks are removed.
