I'll call them Thee, Chee, and Esh, and they are all derived from Greek letters that didn't make it into the Latin script we use. (thee from theta, chee from xi, and esh from an archaic greek letter called san)
And yes, I'm good with fonts too, as anyone who's seen my digits on DBB2 would know. I'd say my skills with fonts are at least as good as my skills with Numberblock design. These were made a few years ago, though, before I discovered Numberblocks. I forget how on earth I did that loop on the old lowercase Thee...wow...
