Use WASD keys to move and the arrows to turn around. What you have to do here is get the player to the sink and back to the door. Avoid the cactus's and tables, to turn on the sink and "wash your hands" click on the sink and then on the player. Report any bugs in the comments! (I only found out that there are a lot of other projects about washing your hands right after I shared this!)
