School Project Welcome to How a Bill Becomes a Law! This game will teach you about how a law is made, while simultaneously providing you a chance to create your very own law! (a lot of the game relies on chance) HOW TO PLAY: Click on the screen and answer questions whenever you have to. Most of the game is really just like slides. Acceptance rates: Official: 90% Committee: 80% Senate: 76% chance to get over half the Senators to vote for your bill House of Representatives: roughly 76% chance to get over half the Representatives to vote for your bill President: 50% "Revoting": If you were able to get 2/3 the vote in both the House and Senate, your bill will become a law. For simplicity, all voting starts in the House of Representatives, and technicalities such as pocket veto and conference committee will not be included.
