Disclaimer: This game was first made when I was really little, and repairs are currently in progress because the quality is not great lol This game is VERY unfinished, and very short so far. and oh my days its so corny nahhh why does scratch ruin the quality so much for art lol for a better experience, don't play in full screen So right now all you can do is walk around, name yourself, and go out into the rainforest. and chase butterflies. But mind you, chasing butterflies isn't very interesting... Oh, wait, you can also hunt. And have the animus test. And go to Jade Mountain Academy (only if you're not an animus tho) but do nothing there. And be told off my the queen (lol)... anyway. I shared it so you guys could give me ideas/tips! Coz i really need them.... If you have any, put them in the comments! They'll be appreciated! Controls: ~Right arrow or D to go left ~Left arrow or A to go right ~Down arrow or S to sit, land, or fly down (you cannot fly as a newly hatched dragonet) ~Up arrow or W to fly, does not work as a newly hatched Dragonet ~Go to the side of the hatchery to go to the rainforest I've added a lot more! Added: ~Aging ~Animus test ~Moving animation ~Flying animation ~Sitting animation ~Butterfly animation ~Moving (duh) ~Parents ~Hatching animation at the start ~Possible animus, mindreader, and Prophecy generator ~If you are a mindreader, you can read some of your parents thoughts ----------------- #wof
thank you so much for 18k views, it means the world to me! The butterflies were drawn by @moss-shadow And all the rest was me :))) Future Updates List: ~Better graphics ~Options for customizing your appearance ~Jade Mountain Academy ~Eating ~Having eggs/Dragonets of your own ~Challenging the Queen for the throne ~More places to go ~Smoother walking animation ~Mobile friendly controls ~Save codes ~Pets ~Sleeping And a lotttttttttttt more. But I can't list them all lol Ill try to update every day if i have time! (2024 update: that was a lie. I vanished for four years. Sorry about that.) Changes I've made since the OG version: 8/01/25: FINALLY fixed the art on the home screen. as you can tell, i've gotten a lot better at art in the five years i didn't have access to this account lol. my plan from now is to just redo all the art, and after i've done that i'll see what i can do about finishing the game and making it more interesting 9/01/25: Fixed the art for the hatchery and the full moons. I can't be bothered to fix the egg hatching animation yet, but that will happen eventually lol. Also I added an option for turning the music off and on. 7/05/2025: Fixed more art, added a new area, just made things a bit more cohesive. From now on I'm going to try and update this at least once a month. Today I also added two RainWings, Feijoa and Camellia, and FINALLY I added the ability to read their minds! I'm going to continue adding that into the game as I put more NPCs in. My main goal is to just give you more stuff to do right now, I think. 8/05/2025: Today I redid the art for the parents, changed their names, and also changed a ton of the dialogue for the start of the game. I also added an option to skip the long dialogue at the start, and to skip the instructions. I also started to add a new area of the rainforest which I'll hopefully finish tomorrow. 12/05/2025: I did not in fact finish it tomorrow lol. But today, I added a bunch of stuff. Mostly just redoing art again. I redid the animus clearing, and the bridge, and part of the rainforest. I have also added another dragonet, Nocturne. 27/09/2026: so I disappeared for ages but i'm back with another update. I completely redrew the dragonet you play as so it's my own animation now, and I also added signs pointing to the animus clearing because lots of people couldn't find where it was. unfortunately i had to remove the flying and sitting mechanics for now as thats a lot of work to animate, but hopefully i'll figure out how to do that and bring it back. ALSO i removed the aging mechanic (as in the size changes). that will come back
