To display the key mapping click on 'controls'. To display the name of the notes click on 'notes'. To start recording press 'space', and to stop by pressing 'space' again. After you record something, it will start playing the recording. To play it again just click on 'play'. You can also click on the piano keys with your mouse.
The recording is still not perfect, but it kind of works.
