I am now actually finally ANIMATING like my username implies uwu It's just a simple idle tweening animation tho (such improvement in digital art skills, much wow)
The character, Moondance (月舞), belongs to the Happy Heroes (开心超人联盟) cartoon which belongs to the company Happy Toon TM This animation was made entirely on vector, animated on scratch from scratch, and took around 3 hours to complete (it's a very rough guess) Also, yes, I accidentally made a few changes to Moondance (made the green stripe thing longer, made the bangs more separate/3-pronged instead of 4, and made the green stripes on the boots thicker) but then again, nobody's perfect :) Would you like a spoiler? Sike, I'm not waiting for an answer: Moondance dies...It's pretty sad, despite the fact that she's a villain, and actually quite a heinous one at that, but she had kind of a rough start in life and ultimately kind of sort of redeemed herself through her death.
