This is a graph calculator; it draws a graph of the function you're inserting. Add your function in the blue box (theres no need to add "f(x) =" or "y =", and you should only add the right side of the equation. Example: You have the function f(x) = 2x^2 You write 2x*(x+1) You get a graph of the function Controls: Operators and variables: + Addition - Subtraction * Multiplication / Division V Square-root ^ Power ( ) Parenthesis x x-variable in function Navigating: Zooming: Right/left arrow - Zoom in/out on x axis Up/down arrow - Zoom in/out on y axis Space + arrow - Zoom on both axes simultaneusly Right + left arrow - Make the x axis relative to the y axis Up + Down arrow - Make the y axis relative to the x axis Mouse: Move mouse on x axis - Show approximate y-value to the x-value one is hovering over Click mouse button - show exact y-value DISCLAIMER 1: Its quite laggy. DISCLAIMER 2: The zooming works and all, but it doesn't look that good. This is because the grid itself never changes, only the values within it. Therefore, there's no visually obvious zooming-effect on anything but the graph. DISCLAIMER 3: The calculator i made can only calculate a value to the power of an integer. a^b only works if b is an integer. if b is a decimal number, the result will be more or less wrong. Thus, this graph calculator is somewhat useless for functions like x^x, which is sad. i might solve this if i can later though, but i assume it will be difficult.
I made this completely by myself and thus my solutions to certain issues are probably quite ineffective. Feel free to give feedback and tell me and the community what could be done better. If you find any issues with the math (i.e that a graph for a function is calculated wrong) please let me know.
