Click and drag Scratchy (the orange cat in the Matrix jacket) to the V, I, R, U, or S to keep the virus away from Hong Kong's city server. Quick tip: once you press space to start or restart, be sure to already have your hand on the mouse because it starts as soon as you press space. As in, extremely suddenly. If you win and you want to play again, just press the green flag again. If you wanna cheat, try to trap the virus in a corner (top right or top left).
Credit to Mitch, again, for the tutorial. I should be using the instruction manual (tutorial) for most of the games that say 04, 05, 06, etc. in front of a dash (-) and the actual name of it. BTW, I know that the game is a bit glitchy/laggy, but please try to just cope with it because I cannot fix it.
