To play press space and THEN press 9. In the beginning, don't really bother clicking the control button, just read this (all the control button says is play to find out). Arrow keys to move, A to use melee attack, S for ranged attack. When doing ranged attack, your projectile will point towards your mouse pointer, so use your mouse pointer as your aim. (Isildur has no ranged attack) R to restart(don't worry, enemies won't respawn)a When Morannon orc appear, there is A LOT of lag, so please bear with me. Press R to reset your health and to put you back to the start if you get stuck.
~Updates~ 1/29/14- EPIC! You can now scroll around Bag End, and hit stuff! Note: The shaky stuff is stuff you can interact with! 1/26/14- Level one Sauron finished! 1/24/14- Level one almost finished! Just a few more glitches to fix...a 1/18/14- Archers may play dead! 1/17/14- Lots of lag on orcs- here's a trick- stand at the far right corner of the field and there will be less lag. There is a whole complex reason for this that I dare not delve into. Anyway, I have the first orc battle finished and improving on the second and third battles- the Bara-dur fields and Gil-galad's defense. They all have footsoldiers, and some have archers and upperguards. 1/11/13- Still LOTS of lag, but I've fixed most of the glitches related to the Morannon orc. In part two level one, the ARCHERS can shoot ARROWS at Isildur. 12/30/13- PART ONE OF LEVEL ONE FINISHED! Lag is still there, but I've edited most of the glitches. I am starting the new part two of level one: Sauron. I will now incorporate the next two enemies on my top pick list- The Morannon Orc Upper Guard (a stronger version of the Morannon Orc footsoldier)and the Morannon Orc Archer (the first ever RANGED unit) 12/29/13- New Quest Log! You can see your current objective on the quest log at the top. Plus, I've incorporated a health bar at the top! There really is no point though, because when you die, you can just press R to reset your health. 12/29/13- Elrond can attack as well! His attack is sort of cheap though and kills of most of the Morannon orc before you can... In the intro, it should say seven rings for the dwarves not three. In my haste I must have forgot! (well, most of those rings get eaten by dragons, so anyway...) FYI: Sauron did not make the rings himself- he merely taught others how to make them. 12/29/13- I have now incorporated my first enemy: the Morannon orc footsoldier. They are currently infinite, and make the game lag, but I'll have to fix that... 12/28/13- I've finished the intro, and scripted Isildur, the first hero. I also incorporated Elrond into the game and I am yet to include any enemies yet (top picks: Morannon Orc footsoldier, Morannon Orc archer, Morannon Orc Upper Guard, or Morannon Orc Champion) The boss will be Sauron, of course. 12/27/13- I have drawn up the Fellowship and done the beginning credits for the Whiteboard Times (my signature game production company aka rookie72) and Big Mountain Games(in credit of anybody who likes big mountains). I have also begun a script for the LOTR introduction, with intro music! (Turn volume up high so you can hear it) ~Notes~ The story is basically the whole lotr story with a few "Bigelow" (see http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/16004234/ ) twists. The characters look like Bigelow blobs, for example, and Samwise is a fat egg. ~Credits~ Character Animations- rookie72 Scripting for Sprites and Background- rookie72 Layout and Design- rookie72 Beta Testing- rookie72 music- Forthekingdom and Youtube Inspiration- The Lord of the Rings Trilogy Special Thanks to- Cgamer
