XC with Brownie Update for @hestboll NOTE: I do not claim any ownership of Beautiful Shadow. A while a go I did an update with a few of @hestboll ‘s horses, including Brownie here. I have now started helping @hestboll out updating a few of their horses. Last time I rode Brownie, she was just a charm. A perfect show jumper. And as today I had the choice between horses, I chose Brownie again. And decided to try my luck on the XC course. Once I got to the trailer, where Brownie had come over in, I could already see the energy brimming off the pony. She was dancing around ready for a challenge. After quickly brushing her, trotting her around on the lunge line, and fitting some spare tack to her, we went out. A gave her a nice warm up, not too long as we were going for some straining XC, but not too short as she was quite fresh. She went over the course pretty well, even if there were some parts she was a little nervous about. And her energy helped keep her going even though she was slightly out of work. Her last jump was pretty nicely taken. All in all, even though there were a few mishaps, she did a pretty good round. I think I’m getting in love with this little mare… Credits @Rockheart9 - Brownie (owned by @hestboll ) @MythopianPegasus - Ryder base, edited by me Me - Everything else
