I didn’t do anything!! Me and Cosmo just made those cookies!” “You don’t understand, Sprout! When you baked those cookies two days ago, I found ICHOR inside of them!” “..Excuse me..?” “Before I left to go to my room that day, did you see any of the toons get sick?” “Well, yes..! Shelly and Dandy said that they didn’t feel good! I didn’t think much of it but..now..” “Come with me. Now.” Astro grabbed Sprout’s hand as he dragged him along back to the kitchen. Astro was looking around the kitchen, until he reached the counter of where Sprout and Cosmo had made the cookies. Astro looked up at the ceiling before he saw a broken pipe just above the counter. There wasn’t any ichor leaking out of it currently, but there was still ichor surrounding the pipe. “Oh god..” Sprout muttered to himself, as he saw the same pipe of where he accidentally poisoned his friends with. Cosmo noticed that Sprout was standing there near the counter, while Astro was still looking up at the ceiling. “Hi!..Wait, what happened?” Then, Cosmo also looked up at the ceiling as he saw the broken pipe. “W-WHAT?! That wasn’t there before! Did the pipe break? What happened?” Cosmo looked back at Astro and Sprout. Sprout was still silent, but Astro focused his attention on Cosmo. “Cosmo. The pipe was broken way before and you didn’t notice.” “We have to get this fixed—Wait. Before..?” “Yes, Cosmo. The cookies that you baked before with Sprout..I figured out that this broken pipe had dripped ichor onto the cookie mix and..poisoned our friends.” “O-Oh no..” Sprout was still silent as he realized what he had done to his friends. He turned to Astro before putting his hands on his shoulders. “Please tell me if they are okay..” Astro flinched when Sprout acted suddenly, but he quickly composed himself before responding. “I’m not sure how to say this in the easiest way possible, but Dandy and Vee are on the lower floors. And, I would recommend not to check on them..” Sprout let go of Astro, as he took a step back. “Oh no, oh no, oh no..” “S-sprout, calm down, please! This isn’t going to get better if you panic!” Sprout turned his attention to Cosmo, as it looked like he was about to start crying. “HOW CAN I BE CALM RIGHT NOW, COSMO?! WE’VE BROUGHT OUR FRIENDS INTO DANGER! THAT ISN’T GOOD BECAUSE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HEALERS NOT MURDERERS! I KNOW THAT I NEVER GOT ALONG WITH DANDY OR VEE, BUT..I wouldn’t want to see them get hurt..” Then, Sprout went quiet as he quietly sobbed to himself. Cosmo hesitated for a moment before he went to hug his friend. Astro was watching the whole thing, as he was about to say something to comfort Sprout. Then, a scream could be heard from the main lobby. Astro flinched once he heard the scream, as he turned his attention to the hallway leading to the main lobby. Sprout forced himself to stop his crying, as he lifted his head from Cosmo’s shoulder. Cosmo also focused his attention on the scream. “Something’s wrong. I’ll be right back–” Astro spoke to Cosmo and Sprout as he was about to leave, until Sprout spoke up. “Wait, Astro. I’ll come too..” Sprout gently pulled away from Cosmo’s hug, as he wiped away his tears. “Are you sure..?” “Yes, Astro. I’m sure. I caused this, so..I’ll try and make this better.” “Alright. Cosmo, are you coming too?” “Of course–!” Then, they all made their way to the main lobby. Astro looked around first, before his gaze focused on Tisha, who was holding Shelly’s unconscious body in her arms. Two of the other toons, which were Connie and Goob, were watching the situation nearby. “What happened..?” Astro spoke first to Tisha. Tisha lifted her head as she looked at Astro, there was a look of panic on her face. “Oh, thank goodness that you are here–! I was taking Shelly to her room, but she passed out! I felt her pulse, and nothing’s there!!” Astro’s one eye widened as he realized that this was the same thing that he did before Dandy became the same monster that had killed Vee. “Tisha, we have to get Shelly out of here. Right now!” “W-Wait, why?” “Now is not the time for questions! We have to leave, before it’s too late—” Then, a giggle left Shelly, as her eyes were open. Her eyes were filled with the same insanity that Dandy had. Tisha looked down at her friend, before she spoke to her. “Shelly! Oh, thank the heavens! Are you okay–” Shelly grabbed Tisha’s wrist, as she didn’t loosen her grip. A smile appeared on Shelly’s face, but it wasn’t a friendly one. “SHELLY–?! What are you doing? Let go!” Tisha tried to pull away from Shelly’s grip, but Shelly’s hand didn’t loosen. “WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE ME..? I’M FEELING SO MUCH BETTER ALREADY!” (continued below!! :3)
Tisha quickly yanked her hand back as she took a few steps back. “Shelly, please stop! You are scaring me..” “DON’T WORRY, MY DEAR FRIEND! YOU’LL BE SAVED SOON—” Then, Shelly collapsed back to the floor as a scream left her. All of the toons covered their ears at the loud noise. Shelly’s stomach started to split open, as a long spinal body stretched out from between. Shelly’s eyes bled with ichor, as she screamed helplessly at the pain. Shelly’s legs distorted into dinosaur-type legs, as her hands started to turn into claws. Finally, ‘Shelly’ stood up from the ground, as she let out a loud roar which sounded exactly like a dinosaur. The creature that Shelly had loved the most. Then, Shelly focused her attention on Tisha, as she was about to attack. “SHELLY! LOOK RIGHT HERE!” Astro yelled as he was trying to distract Shelly. The other toons started at Astro with fear and shock. Shelly turned her attention to Astro before she ran straight towards him. Astro reacted fast as he quickly moved out of the way. That sent Shelly crashing straight into the wall and breaking her shell. She cracked the front of her shell of where her mouth was. Ichor spilled as fragments of her shell fell onto the ground. That stunned her momentarily, as she let out a muffled roar. Then, Shelly turned around as she ran towards Astro. But then, her movement was quickly stopped when Goob’s arms were wrapped around her. Goob was standing there, behind Shelly, bracing himself as his long arms were wrapped around her, preventing her from moving. “I’m sorry, Ms. Shelly! But, violence is wrong!!” Goob spoke to Shelly, as she desperately tried to escape. That gave Astro a moment to look around to distract Shelly. Then, he spotted a long rope that was conveniently laying on a bench. Then, Astro looked over at Connie, who was floating there. “Connie! Do you mind getting the rope? I have an idea!” Astro spoke to Connie, as he signaled over to the rope. Connie reacted quickly as she floated over to Connie, before picking it up. “Uhhh okay—! What do I do now, Astro?” “Just wrap it around Shelly and tighten it! Since you are a ghost, she won’t be able to hurt you!” Connie nodded as she floated to Shelly before using the rope and quickly tying it around her. Shelly let out another muffled roar as she tried to claw at Connie. Before Shelly had the chance to hurt her, Connie quickly turned invisible as she continued to tie Shelly up. Connie successfully bound Shelly, as Goob was still holding onto her just in case. Finally, Connie floated away from Shelly, as she turned visible again. “Alright. I hope that she won’t be able to escape this time..” Goob also let go of her before walking away from Shelly. “My arms hurt..but I’m glad that I helped..!” Astro slowly approached Shelly, as he looked down at her. “Thanks, you two. But..where should we bring her too? So that the others won’t see..? The other toons approached Shelly as she also stared down at her. Shelly was squirming on the floor, as she was trying to escape the bounds, but to no avail. Sprout answered first as he looked over at Astro. “I guess that we should put her off where Dandy and Vee are..” Tisha, Connie and Goob all looked at Sprout with a confused look. “Oh wait. I forgot to tell the three of you. Dandy and Vee are dead. Astro told me..” The three of them looked shocked, but they decided not to question any further. “Yeah. We should take her there. Before, anyone else sees–” Then, Astro’s words were cut off when he heard Toodles’s voice nearby. “Mr. Astro!! I need to show you a drawing that I made!” Toodles ran towards Astro, but she stopped once she saw Shelly on the ground. Toodles went completely quiet, as she stared down at the monster of Shelly. Tisha noticed first that Toodles was there as she spoke up to the little girl. “Oh! Sweetheart, maybe you shouldn’t be here right now..” Toodles looked at Tisha, then at all of the other toons, and then back at Shelly. Finally, Toodles bursted out into tears as she ran back to the elevator. “WAAAA!! MS. SHELLY IS DEAD!!” All of the other toons looked ashamed, especially for Astro. Tisha was standing there with her hands over her mouth, Sprout just looked traumatized along with Cosmo, Connie was just staring at Shelly, Goob’s tail was tucked between his legs, and Astro was covering his face with his hands. Then, Astro spoke. “Dang it..”
