This place features a 1993 Otis Europa 2000 hydraulic which got horridly modernized by Temple Lifts after just 24 years! This lift now takes ages to charge and level! This lift is also maintained by Bimo Lift since July 2026 and they added some goofy sounds effect to it! This place also had a 1993 Fire-Lite fire alarm system, replaced in 2012 with a 2nd gen FireSweeper system. Also, the HVAC system has been replaced in 2015 by Daikin.
