RULES BELOW MUST READ OR ELSE… # ✧ 5. OFFICIAL COMMISSION RULES ✧ ## ? PAYMENT RULES - Payment must be confirmed before the artist begins the final artwork. - The artist must confirm the price, payment method, and order details before accepting payment. - Customers must pay the agreed amount. - Only use payment methods that have listed prices above - Never share passwords, account details, or private information to make a payment. ## ? ORDERING RULES - Provide clear references for your OC, theme, colours, and requested commission type. - You must own the character or have permission to commission artwork of it. - Do not submit stolen artwork or claim another person's character as your own. - An order is only confirmed when the artist agrees to complete it. - Artists may decline requests outside their abilities, interests, or rules. ⏰ DEADLINES & PROGRESS - I will should provide a reasonable estimated completion time before accepting an order. - Artist must communicate politely if delays occur. - Customers should be patient and avoid repeatedly demanding updates. - Remember the Artist does make a genuine effort to complete accepted commissions. - If an artist can no longer complete an order, they must inform the customer and arrange a fair responce. ✏️ EDITS & CHANGES - Each artist must state how many revisions are included. - Corrections to mistakes against the agreed reference should be handled fairly. - Major changes requested after approval may cost extra, but the customer must agree to the new price first. - Customers cannot demand endless revisions or completely different artwork for the original price. ? REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS - Artist must explain their refund and cancellation policy before accepting payment. - If an artist cannot complete an order, they should arrange an appropriate refund where applicable. - Customer cancellations follow the agreed policy and applicable platform rules. - Artists must not automatically keep all payment for unfinished work without considering what was completed and what was agreed. - Payment disputes should be handled calmly through the relevant platform's official support process. ?️ ARTWORK OWNERSHIP & CREDIT - Customers may use the artwork for the purposes agreed when ordering. - Credit the artist when posting or displaying the artwork, following the agreed terms. - Do not claim the artwork as your own, remove required signatures, resell it, or use it commercially without permission where applicable. - we must respect the agreed use of customer references and commissioned characters. ? LUMINPASS RULES - The pass is valid for the stated membership period. - Monthly rewards are delivered according to the published schedule. - Exclusive shop access requires an active pass. - Additional shop purchases are separate from the membership fee unless stated otherwise. - Renewals are optional. - Discounts apply only to members of the LuminPass or if there is a seasonal discount
