Civilians in Antares constantly bicker over rations. Most Antarians have learned to stay away from these fights, getting injured isn't as easy to recover from in Antares compared to other countries. Radios are scattered through the bunker, on occasion, an Antarian will tune it to the music station to lighten the mood. Most civilians are kept on the third floor of the bunker, approximately 3000 feet below the surface. Due to lack of Nutrient Antarians have devolved a skinny, pale, sub human look.
