Something I wanted to put into the light.
I am putting this forth for all of you to take a look into this and decide whether or not @Chubbywantsfood should continue to be a mod or not. In the featured screenshot that shows a discussion (can be found at https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1388903015/ ) between @Factual-Creator and @Chubbywantsfood , they start talking about Laurentia having had invaded the Golden Circle (Chubby's nation), Chubby then stated that he, as a mod, voided that very RP. This is known as a "conflict of interest" where a mod is voiding a RP that is affecting their own nation. Mods are not allowed to do this, period. That is very well known in the AU, I believe. When confronted about this, @Chubbywantsfood stated that they do not care; that they are just doing their job as a mod and voiding the project when there is a conflict of interest. I do not know the punishments of something like this, but I do not think this should remain unpunished when they state "...I don't care [atp]...". @Chubbywantsfood has also not been in the best of spirits in RP/in character either. In his RP project "Survival is a privilege and you have lost yours" (can be found here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1388056382), he said (directed to the GLU player) "Let’s make one thing clear before I do anything when it comes to Rp. I am better than you when it comes to every [single] thing", which is in violation of AU Rules Page 3A#3, which opens up with "No being mean to [me or] other players". He also violates AU Rules Page 4A#1 which basically supplements 3A by stating "No hating on people...", just for further proof. The first 2 screenshots are evidence to my claims about him being a bad mod while the other 2 are evidence for my claims that he has not been in the best of spirits. While the second part of my argument (about him as a player) is not the core idea of this project, especially as he has already been warned for it, I thought it'd be a good idea to use it here. I'll be happy to try and find more evidence if requested, but this is everything as far as I know and the fact that sillymink keeps deleting her projects.
