A week before you are needed to fill in for a teacher, we will contact you. All teachers will have substitute plans ready on hand to use whenever needed. All teachers will notify faculty of absence or hiatus 2 weeks before. Note for faculty members below. Here is what each of your jobs do: - Principal, runs the school and takes note of faculty members hiatus or leave and disciplines bad faculty member and teacher behaviour (e.g. not working, purposely giving out bad grades for fun etc.) - Vice principal, runs the school when the principal isn't there and takes care of teacher hiatuses + leave and appoints the appropriate substitute teacher - Guidance counselor + Behaviour coach, gives students helpful guidance on life issues + issues with teachers/peers etc and disciplines bad student behaviour (e.g. bully1ng, t3as1ng etc.) - Dorm monitor, enforces respectful + appropriate behaviour and helps out with questions/ clarifications - School designer + events coordinator + organizer, helps design logos for the school and coordinates schoolwide events (e.g. live acoustic session) and organizes + creates student schedules Let me know if you have any questions!
