Strong against melee stands like star platinum, from the max 9 tiles around a person, the tile farthest from VIRTUAL INSANITY is picked. Secondary Ability: VIRTUAL INSANITY can touch its User to make them "lag." For 3 seconds, the User's physical body stays in one place, but their hitbox and actions move ahead. To an enemy, it looks like the User is teleporting or glitching through attacks. kinda like dio/jotaro's time stop. Actual Offense: (this one i made myself, haha) Can actully punch, although below is stronger. Software Breach: VIRTUAL INSANITY release a LOT of mini CDs, each spinning at a high velocity, and stay attached to the opponent for 1 second. then, well, cuts, cuts, more cuts. inverts movement of affected area for 5-10 seconds, depending on user strength, hence "software breach"
