I'm way too lazy too make a new lobby this time (maybe later tho) so for now NPCs will be able to be talked to via this. It will have its own place like Victims Terminators and Skins, but some will need requirements to unlock like Level 100 for X to speak to Y or X badge to speak to Y (Yes Badges are coming too and a save system)
