I saw a prompt when I was checking out lists at school that said something like, “Troublesome Trio.” I knew then that would be my OC-tober prompt. I immediately thought of my Blue Babies. They ARE a trio after all. But then “troublesome.” …it’s a prompt. It’s inspires. I then thought, “Why not draw my troubled trio?” Look, they’re all troubled, but three have the most trauma and problems: - WARNING - THIS IS KIND IF HEAVY STUFF? IDK *Trauma, D3ath, mention/drawing of being buried alive* - 1. Emberstrike. He experiences(d) religious trauma, the deaths* of his two favorite people, being at the scene of a death, and losing his last remaining friends due to his phobic clan and unknown reasons. Oh, and don’t forget the self-worth and self-esteem problem. - 2. Squidwing. Let’s see…religious trauma, losing both his siblings (not both by death, one got kicked from the lobby while the other got soft locked), dropping a his best-friendship because it risks(ed) him getting caught by the clan, finding out his love interest would never be HIS love interest, finding out the only other person like him he knew got kicked and was recently and fatally attacked, PROBABLY seeing the scene of a d3ad body he made, etc. I DO plan on giving him more, so be worried if you ever make any theories about him when the comic comes out, because I might just steal your ideas and make them canon >:D - 3. Ah, Murkypaw, my precious son. What is your trouble/trauma résumé…being buried alive, chased down by your long dead relative for not wanting to end anybody, probably later ends somebody in self-defense and has to deal with that fact as well as getting scarred by the scene, getting chased down by your former other-best-friend, seeing your own brother probably end somebody(s), losing his tail (among dozens of other scars), finding out one your close friends lost their life… In the words of R.E.M. , “oH nO i’Ve sAiD tOo MuCh” - 4. Alright. Now that the lore dumping is out of the way: Inkstorm pretending to be an ogre :D
