This is Metronome. Simple, niche, and easy to use. While it seems way OP, the notes should only expand by 3/2x. Also, it should be very easy to use, as aim will usually not matter because of the high (60%) chance to expand, but when not expanded, the notes will zap across the screen near instantly, with cooldown at a low 0.5 seconds, whilst expanded notes (will look like treble clef/bass clef) will have a 2 second cooldown and move relatively slowly.
