Zev vs Nex is one of my biggest project I have ever worked on. The main problem, well, the procrastination. (That’s basically the whole summary. If you got time to read a yapping paragraph, you will see why.) Starting off short. When the full house is released, Zev was originally suppose to fight Quo and has a full model stickman. After the angle bisector project, I decided to switch to Nex, because I thought the project would be interesting if both animator were as close to each other’s rank. I redesign the Zev model, sketch the plan, and reimagined the scene. Some few moments later, Invertx told me I don’t have to push myself to make the best animation against a “kid” (or so did invertx claimed), so I took a break. Guess what folks, a very long break. It’s my fault for delaying the project and leave it out in the billboard that was supposed to be the next “hype.” Like hiding a broken glass under the table for a very very long time. There’s three main factor of my procrastination, which is resting (napping) after the school stack of work, doomscrolling (which is mostly everyone’s problem), and sitting around staring at a sketch of animation with no idea what to do, like watching a paint dry on a wall. It’s easy to get distracted when social media caught you in their ropes. But, what can I do if I don’t want pressure to think of unfinished scratch projects? If I really want to focus on one single project, I have to sacrifice the other projects I’ve been working on. Thinking of one thing instead of all gets the pressure off of my mind. Brutality Tournament is long long dead. It is considered cancelled with no hype into it. Tri-tech is practically dead that it shows the all tournament events are slowly dying. The mystery project can be delayed until a year. So what do you think I should do? Should I focus on Zev vs Nex or anything else you would to suggest in the comments? Let me know and I’ll consider it.
Nex from @Invertx lullaby for a stray by far (this music is a bit dramatic but it's my favorite.)
