Summary: ~~~~~~~~ I'm not sure how to describe this, so its an equation solver ok? It takes equations like tan(2+5!) and abs(ceil(2^6)) and returns -0.58 and 64. Must Read Info: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Please format your equations correctly. I have made a formatter that somewhat makes it ok (makes --3 to +3 and more), but it probably wont catch all mistakes. • Trigonometry assumes radians. If you want decimals, there's an option to make it degrees in the ">Trigonometry Check" block. • -5! is the same as (-5)!, not -(5!). Negatives get evaluated first before everything! • All things are susceptible to floating point error; things may be a tad off. Also note that the scratch cat rounds stuff when it says it, idk why. • Note that fractional and negative factorials* are not entirely accurate. They're pretty accurate, but probably not enough to send uranium to the moon. • Please inform me of any bugs. * errm atchually, it is the Gamma function, not factorial. Syntax: ~~~~~~ • α+β: α plus β • α-β: α subtract β • α*β: α times β • α/β: α divided by β • α%β: α modulo β (remainder of α/β) • α^β: α to the power of β • log(α): logarithm with base 10 of α • ln(α): natural logarithm of α (base e) • log_(α)(β): logarithm with base α of β • abs(α): absolute value of α • sqrt(α): square root of α (same as α^(1/2)) (does not work with negative numbers) • cbrt(α): cube root of α (same as α^(1/3)) • floor(α): α rounded down • ceil(α): α rounded up • round(α): α rounded • rand(): generates a random decimal from 0-1 • All trigonometric functions. (type “a” in front of the trig function to get it’s inverse) Constants ~~~~~~~~ • pi/π: 3.14... • tau/τ: 6.28... • e: 2.71... How to Use in Your Projects: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Take the "Parse Text" block and input your equation. • Then run the solve block. • The first item of list "Parsed Equation" is your answer. Unrelated Notes: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • I will be using this to make a Graphic Calculator V2 project. So, expect that soon-ish. • This is my second attempt at this! My first will not see the light of day... Updates: ~~~~~~~ 10/7/26: init release 10/8/26: added support for hyperbolic trigonometry, added support for cbrts of negative numbers, and improved using equations as bases for logarithms
